الملخص
تهدف دراستنا إلى تحديد مفهوم إدارة المعرفة، أهميتها، أهدافها، وأبعادها ، وأهم المجالات المعتمد عليها بالمؤسسة الجامعية، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن إدارة المعرفة من أهم المفاهيم الإدارية التّي تمثل مجموع العمليات التّي تساعد المنظمات في الحصول على المعرفة وإنشائها، اختيارها، تنظيمها، استخدامها، توزيعها، وتحويل المعلومات، وأهم المنظمات التّي تهتم بتبني إدارة المعرفة نجد منظمات التعليم العالي التّي تسعى إلى عصرنة وتحديث أعمالها وتحقيق التوافق بين مخرجاتها ومتطلبات بيئة العمل بما يتناسب وتطلعات التنمية. Our study aims to define the concept of knowledge management, its importance, objectives, and dimensions, and the most important areas relied upon in the university institution, and the study concluded that knowledge management is one of the most important administrative concepts that represent the total of the processes that help organizations obtain knowledge, create it, choose, organize, and use it. Distribution, transfer of information, and the most important organizations concerned with adopting knowledge management, we find higher education organizations that seek to modernize and modernize their work and achieve compatibility between their outputs and the requirements of the work environment in proportion to development aspirations.
