الخطاب الإعلامي ومستقبل اللغة العربية - الواقع والمامول- Media Discourse And The Future Of The Arabic Language – Reality And Hope

الملخص

يتطلّب التّزايد المتسارع لظهور القنوات الخاصّة، ذات الطّابع التّجاري تحديدا، دراسة جادّة تختصّ بملاحظة الخطاب الإعلاميّ و تقييم جودته؛ للتّأكد من غاياته وأبعاده التّواصليّة ومن مدى احترامه لسنن اللّسان العربي، الذي يُمثّل موروثا فكريّا وحضاريا وجزءا لا يتجزّأ من هويّتنا الوطنيّة، ومقوّما أساسيا لابدّ من صيانته وحفظه من التّدميروالتّهجين خاصّة مع الممارسات الإعلاميّة العشوائيّة في تعريب المصّطلحات والألفاظ. وعليه فإنّ هذه الدّراسة تسعى الى معالجة لغة الخطاب الإعلامي معالجة تقييميّة، غرضها معرفة مستقبل اللّغة العربيّة؛ وذلك بالكشف عن الدّور الذي يقدّمه الإعلام - باعتباره مرجعا إخباريا- للّغة العربية؛ أي تقصّي مدى حرص البرامج المقدمة باللّغة العربيّة (خصوصا) على احترام الخصائص (الصّوتيّة الصّرفيّة...) أثناء نقل الرّسالة للمتلقّي العربي، وكذا حرصُها على تطوير هذا المتّلقي لغويّا. انطلاقا من إشكال سؤاله الرّئيس هو : مامدى التزام الإعلاميّين بخصائص اللّغة العربيّة أثناء تقديمهم للأخبار؟ ومامدى تأثير هذا الاستعمال على مستقبل اللّغة العربيّة؟. الكلمات المفتاحية: اللّغة العربيّة، الهويّة الوطنيّة، الخطاب الإعلامي، ، الأخطاء التّركيبيّة ،الأخطاء الصوتيّة النّشرات الأخباريّة. Abstract: The rapid increase in the emergence of private channels, of a specifically commercial nature, requires a serious study concerned with observing the media discourse and evaluating its quality; To ascertain its goals and communicative dimensions and the extent to which it respects the norms of the Arabic tongue, which represents an intellectual and cultural heritage and an integral part of our national identity, and an essential component that must be preserved and preserved from destruction and hybridization, especially with media practices and random distortions. Accordingly, this study seeks to address the language of media discourse in an evaluative way, the purpose of which is to know the future of the Arabic language; By revealing the role that the media plays - as a news reference - for the Arabic language; That is, investigating the extent to which programs presented in the Arabic language (particularly) are keen to respect the morphological characteristics (phonetic and morphological...) while conveying the message to the Arab recipient, as well as their keenness to develop this recipient linguistically. Based on the problem of his main question is: To what extent are media professionals committed to the characteristics of the Arabic language while presenting news?
