الملخص
إن التدريس بالكفاءات يعتمد على مقاربة منهجية، تجعل من المتعلم محور العملية التعليمة/التعلمية، فهو يساهم في بناء كفاءات معينة، ويستثمرها في وضعيات إشكالية تواجهه، ومن أجل تحقيق ذلك ينبغي على المعلم أن تكون لديه القدرة على بناء المخططات ، وأن يتحكم في المفاهيم الواردة في المناهج ، وأن يتعمق في فهم المناهج الدراسية والوثائق المرافقة لها ودليل المعلم، لأن ذلك يساعد على فهم الاستراتيجية التي يبني عليها المنهاج بجميع مكوناته، وعناصره، أن يدرك الفروق الفردية بين المتعلمين ، لأن ذلك يساعده على تكييف الوضعيات وفق ما يسمح به المستوى العام للتلاميذ. وعلى هذا الأساس سنحاول خلال هذه المقالة تسليط الضوء على إشكالية التدريس وفق المقاربة بالكفاءات وأثارها على السيرورة التعليمية للمتعلمين. : Teaching with competencies depends on a systematic approach that makes the learner the focus of the teaching / learning process, as it contributes to building specific competencies, and invests them in problematic situations facing him, and in order to achieve this, the teacher must have the ability to build schemes, and control the concepts received In the curriculum, and to go deeper in understanding the school curriculum and the accompanying documents and the teacher's guide, because this helps to understand the strategy on which the curriculum is built with all its components and components, to understand the individual differences between the learners, because this helps him to adapt the situations according to what the general level allows for the students. On this basis, during this article, we will try to shed light on the problematic of teaching according to the approach to competencies with competencies and its effects on the educational process of learners.
