The modern business environment requires that a sports organization constantly develops its human resources (personnel department), otherwise, it will introduce itself to aging, ending and not being able to compete in the world of business and finance. This happens if we do not give our working human resources the right of care, attention and development in comparison to other resources. Achieving the aims outlined by the Algerian sports facilities and the embodiment of their strategy depends on the characteristics available in the sample of individuals who can carry the strategic thinking of the establishment. Therefore, the objective of this study is to highlight the reality of human resources management in our sports facilities and the extent of this reality in accordance with international standards, through which, we provide an analysis of this reality
