دور الأسرة في اكتشاف ورعاية الأطفال المتميّزين في الدراسة

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الحالية لمعرفة الدور الذي تلعبه الأسرة في إطار المهام المنوطة إليها نحو أبناءها ، خاصة أولئك المتميزين والمتفوقين والموهوبين والمبدعين، حيث تفتح لهم الآفاق وتتيح لهم فضاءات للتميّز، وتجعلهم يطلقون العنان لخيالهم منذ الصغر، لكي يتعلموا كيف يتصورن الأشياء و يعبرون عنها في أفكار يمكن أن تبلور وتجسد على أرض الواقع فتساهم في تنمية مجتمعهم، فهؤلاء الفئة من الأطفال هم الطاقات البشرية الخلاقة التي تعقد عليها الآمال للمساهمة في الرقيّ والتقدم والازدهار ، وهم النخبة التي تقود البلاد مستقبلا في شتى الميادين والمجالات وكل واحد في مكانه، فالتحدي الحقيقي للمجتمعات هو كيفية اكتشاف تلك الفئة من الأطفال المتميزين ورعايتهم وإخراج المواهب والمهارات والطاقات الكامنة بداخلهم واستثمارها فيما يفيد المجتمع، وبما أن الأسرة هي اللبنة الأولى والأساسية التي تحتضن هاته الفئة وغيرها من الأطفال، وتوفر لهم الجوّ المناسب الذي يشجعهم على الإبداع و التميّز منذ الصغر، أو قد يحدث العكس فتقتل فيهم ذلك، ويكون الخاسر الأكبر هو المجتمع، وعليه حاولت هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء أكثر على هذه الفئة من الأطفال المتميّزين وإبراز دور الأسرة مثل باقي مؤسسات التنشئة الإجتماعية في اكتشاف مواهبهم وصقلها ورعايتها ، حيث يقع على عاتق الأسرة الإلمام بأهم الخصائص والمميزات لهاته الفئة حتى يمكن فهمها وتحقيق احتياجاتها داخل الأسرة و رعايتها و اكتشافها في سنّ مبكرة، وهذا يحتاج لإدراك كل أفراد الأسرة لدورهم في ذلك، وللأساليب المنتهجة في التعامل مع الأطفال المتميزين أو الموهوبين ورعايتهم، لما لدور الأسرة من أهمية قصوى باعتبارها الحاضن الأول للطفل المتميّز، وهذا ما توصلت إليه الدراسة الحالية. Abstract : The current study aimed to know the role that the family plays within the framework of the tasks entrusted to it towards its children, especially those who are distinguished, talented, talented and creative, as it opens up horizons for them and provides them with spaces for distinction, and makes them unleash their imagination since childhood, in order to learn how to imagine things and express them in ideas that can be To crystallize and embody on the ground and contribute to the development of their society. These children are the creative human energies on which hopes are placed to contribute to advancement, progress and prosperity. They are the elite that leads the country in the future in various fields and fields, and each one is in his place. The real challenge for societies is how to discover This category of distinguished children, taking care of them, bringing out the talents, skills and energies inherent within them and investing them in the benefit of society, and since the family is the first and basic building block that embraces this category and other children, and provides them with the appropriate atmosphere that encourages them to creativity and excellence from a young age, or the opposite may happen and kill They have this, and the biggest loser is society, and accordingly this study tried to shed more light on this category of distinguished children n and highlight the role of the family, like other institutions of socialization, in discovering, refining and nurturing their talents, as it is the responsibility of the family to be familiar with the most important characteristics and advantages of this category so that it can be understood and fulfill its needs within the family, nurturing and discovering them at an early age, and this requires all family members to realize their role in that And for the methods used in dealing with and caring for distinguished or talented children, because the role of the family is of paramount importance as the first incubator for the distinguished child, and this is what the current study found.
