النصوص القانونية المنظمة للترجمة القضائية في الجزائر خلال الاحتلال الفرنسي

الملخص
يقدّم هذا البحث ترجمة لأهم النصوص القانونية التي كانت تنظم الترجمة القضائية في الجزائر خلال فترة الاحتلال الفرنسي ويظهر مختلف الوضعيات القانونية التي اختص بها الترجمان والمترجم في هذا الميدان والتسميات والصلاحيات التي منحت له في إطار ممارسة مهنته، كما يظهر شروط الالتحاق بالمهنة وطرق ممارستها والأتعاب أو الأجر الذي يتلقاه المترجم الترجمان، وهيئات الرقابة التي تشرف على ممارسي الترجمة القضائية. وتعتبر هذه النصوص وثائق مرجعية لدراسة الترجمة القضائيية في الجزائر وتقييمها من مختلف الجوانب من أجل الاستفادة منها من خلال النظر إلى ما كان وما هو موجود وما ينبغي أو يجب أن يكون بالنظر إلى كل ذلك. This paper presents translations of the most important legal texts organizing judicial translation in Algeria during the French occupation of Algeria. It shed light on the different legal situations of the interpreter/translator in this field, as well as the denominations and prerogatives granted to him within the framework of practicing his profession. It explains the conditions of admission and practice of the profession, the rights and salary perceived by the translator/interpreter as well as the institutions that supervise judicial translation and interpreting. These texts constitute reference documents to study judicial translation in Algeria and evaluate its different aspects in order to beneficiate from them by contemplating the profession present and past so as to expect what should or must be in future.
