المعوَقات النظرية والمنهجية للبحث في ظاهرة العنف الزواجي The Theoretical And Methodological Obstacles To Research In The Phenomenon Of Marital Violence

الملخص

الملخص: عرفت المجتمعات المعاصرة مشكلات اجتماعية أصبحت تُهدَد أمنها واستقرارها، من بينها "العنف الزواجي". هذه الظاهرة التي تطورت لتصبح مرضا اجتماعيا، يستدعي البحث لإيجاد سبل معالجته. فالبحث في العنف لا يزال في مراحله الأولى ونتائجه لم ترتقي بعد إلى درجة النظرية العلمية الشاملة، بسبب عدة عراقيل منهجية ونظرية حالت دون التوصل إلى تعميم عملية التشخيص ومن ثم النتائج. لذلك سنحاول من خلال هذا المقال التعرض إلى أهم هذه المعوقات، إيمانا منا بأن معرفتها ستساهم حتما في حلها. Abstract: Contemporary societies have known many social ills that threaten their security and destabilize them. Among these scourges the domestic violence occupies an important place due to its detrimental effects. At this level it seems important to deploying an effective system of studies to know the origins of this violence and its implications to remedy it. Scientific research on this subject is still in its infancy and its results have not yet reached the level of global theory, because of several theoretical and methodological obstacles preventing the generalization of the diagnostic process and then the results obtained. For this reason we will attempt through this article to expose the most important of these obstacles, convinced that the knowledge of these obstacles will inevitably contribute to the search and the setting of a device of appropriate solutions.
