الملخص
الملخص: تناول هذا البحث مسألة تمويل الاستثمار الخاص بالأوقاف العامة، فبين معنى الاستثمار وأنه يشمل إضافة إلى صيانة الوقف وترميمه –للمحافظة عليه وعلى عوائده-قضية زيادة الوعاء الوقفي وتنمية رأس ماله؛ وذلك بتطوير الوقف العام وتحويله وإنشاء أوقاف جديدة. كما عرض البحث إلى مصادر تمويل صيغ الاستثمار في الأوقاف العامة، سواء كان التمويل ذاتيا أوخارجيا عنه، مقارنا في كل مسائل البحث بين ما ورد في الفقه الإسلامي وبين قانون الأوقاف الجزائري. الكلمات المفتاحية: استثمار، تنمية، وقف، استغلال، تمويل Abstract : This research dealt with the issue of financing private investment in public endowments. He explained the meaning of investment and that it includes, in addition to maintaining and restoring the endowment - to preserve it and its returns - the issue of increasing the endowment base and developing its capital; By developing and transforming the public endowment and establishing new endowments. The research also presented the sources of funding for investment formulas in public endowments, whether the funding was self-financed or external to it, comparing in all research issues between what was mentioned in Islamic jurisprudence and the Algerian endowment law .
