الملخص

ملخص: عالج هذا البحث فكرة إسهام النّاظر الوقفي في إدارة جائحة كوفيد19 على الصعيد الصحي وفق منظور فقه الوقف، وتطرق إلى بيان الأحكام الفقهية لإسهامات دائرة الأوقاف بإمارة الشارقة في هذا المجال؛ سواء أكان ذلك على الصعيد العلاجي أو كان على الصعيد الوقائي. واعتمد على المناهج الآتية: الاستقرائي والتحليلي والاستنباطي والوصفي. وتوصل إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: أن النّاظر الوقفي يستطيع الإسهام في إدارة الجائحة من خلال التواصل مع الواقف الحي لتعديل شرط مصرفه؛ أو من خلال التوسع في تطبيق مصرف عموم الخير، أو من خلال توظيف مصرف تعطّل، أو من خلال مخالفة شرط الواقف إلى ما هو أصلح أو أكثر ضرورة، كذلك أن إسهامات دائرة الأوقاف بإمارة الشارقة في إدارة الجائحة كلها مشروعة. الكلمات المفتاحية: النّاظر الوقفي، الوقف الصحي، جائحة كوفيد19، دائرة الأوقاف في الشارقة. Abstract: This research dealt with the idea of the Waqf Administrator contribution to the management of the Covid-19 pandemic at the health, according to the perspective of endowment jurisprudence. It touched on a statement of the jurisprudential provisions of the contributions of the Awqaf Department in the Emirate of Sharjah in this field; Whether it is on a curative or a preventive level. And It relied on the following methods: inductive, analytical, deductive and descriptive. And it reached a number of results, the most important of which were: Waqf Administrator can contribute to managing the pandemic by communicating with the living endowment owner to amend the condition of his endowment field, Or by expanding the application of the common-Khair feild, or by utilization an endowment field that has malfunctioned, or by violating the condition of the waqif to what is better or more necessary, in addition the contributions of the Awqaf Department in the Emirate of Sharjah in managing the pandemic are all legitimate.
