الاتجاهات الفكرية والنظرية المفسرة للهجرة غير الشرعية

الملخص
ملخص: تعتبر الهجرة غير الشرعية واحدة من المشكلات التي تتعاظم خطورتها بسبب ما يترتب عليها من آثار تضفي إلى بروز العديد من الظواهر المعتلة، ونظرا لخطورة ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية وتعقدها فقد بادرت كل التخصصات في دراستها باعتبارها حقلا عابرا للعديد من التخصصات، ورغم هذا لم يلق بعد هذا الموضوع الاهتمام الكافي في البلدان العربية خصوصا من الجانب النظري، وبات هذا الحقل على درجة من التعقيد بحيث يتعذر التعمق في دراسته من دون الاهتمام بالإطار النظري له . ولهذا فإن التعرف على الإطار النظري للهجرة غير الشرعية ونظرياتها التي تفسر تحولاتها وتطوراتها ضرورة ملحة لفهمها فهم عميق ودقيق، وعلى هذا جاء هذا المقال لتفسيرها نظريا وذلك بتقديم المعالجة المفاهيمية للفظها ثم إبراز النظريات التي عالجت وحاولت تفسيرها بمختلف أبعادها وتتبع تطوراتها المعاصرة، وهذا سيساعد المختصين في الأخير لفهمها أكثر ورسم السياسة الملائمة اتجاهها. Abstract: Illegal immigration is considered one of the problems whose danger is greater because of the implications that it imparts to the emergence of many diseased phenomena, and due to the dangerosity and complexity of the phenomenon of illegal immigration, all disciplines have taken the initiative to study it as a field that transcends many disciplines, any yet the phenoma has been considered seriously in many arabic countries, especially from the theoretical side, and this field has become so complex that it is impossible to deepen into its study without paying attention to its theoretical framework. Therefore, getting knowledge with the theoretical framework of illegal immigration and its theories that explain its transformations and developments is an urgent necessity for a deep and accurate understanding of it, and accordingly this article came to explain it theoretically by presenting the conceptual treatment of its words and then highlighting the theories that have addressed and tried to explain them in various ways and follow their contemporary developments, and this will help specialists in The end to understand it and draw the appropriate policy towards it.
