الاتجاهات النظرية المفسرة للشخصية

الملخص
اهتم العديد من علماء النفس بدراسة الشخصية؛ و محاولة وضع نظرية لها تقوم بتفسير سلوك الانسان في إطار منطقي منظم، وقد تم تناول نظريات الشخصية من وجهات نظر مختلفة لكل منها إسهامات هامة في دراسة السلوك الإنساني و محاولة فهمه، فكل نظرية تهتم بدراسة الدوافع كمحرك أول للسلوك ، و هي تحاول أن تفسر هذا السلوك كظاهرة إنسانية؛ كما تقدم هذه النظريات تفسيرا لكيفية تكوين بناء الشخصية و خصائص العناصر المكونة لها، و هذا ما سنتناوله في هذه الورقة البحثية من خلال طرح و مناقشة اهم المداخل النظرية المفسرة للشخصية. Many psychologists have been interested in the study of personality; trying to develop a theory that explains human behavior in a structured logical framework, and theories of personality from different perspectives have made important contributions to the study and attempt to understand human behavior. It attempts to interpret this behavior as a human phenomenon; these theories also provide an explanation of how the character structure and the characteristics of its constituent elements are formed. The aim of this work is to present and discuss the most important theoretical explanatory approaches to personality.
