الملخص

لم يلق موضوع الدراسة الاهتمام الكافي من قبل ، لذلك تعد هذه الدراسة هي الأولى من نوعها التي تتناول مفهوم وأهمية إستراتيجية الإعلام الآلي في تحسين التسيير العمومي في مؤسسة الصحة ، ومن أجل زيادة فاعلية العمل وذلك بالأخذ بأهمية التفاعل مع متغيرات التخطيط الاستراتيجي للصحة الالكترونية وتغيير مفهوم الإدارة العليا في المؤسسات الصحية في الجزائر.إن مستوى التطور الحاصل اليوم في مجال الصحة والإدارة الالكترونية ساهما بشكل كبير في تحسين الخدمات المقدمة للفرد ، ويتحقق هذا أكثر من خلال إدارة هذه الخدمة وصناعتها بطرق علمية صحيحة وتطويرها مع مراعاة الخدمة الصحية التي تمس بصحة الفرد وعافيته ، إلا أن القطاع الصحي مزال يعاني من نقائص خاصة في البلدان ذات الدخل المتوسط والمنخفض التي أثرت سلبيا على مستوى جودة الرعاية الصحية المقدمة للمواطن . Abstract : The subject of the study did not receive sufficient attention before, so this study is the first of its kind that deals with the concept, importance and validity of the strategy of automated media in improving public management in the health institution, and in order to increase the effectiveness of work work by taking into account the importance of interaction with the variables of strategic planning, e-health and change The concept of senior management in health institutions in Algeria. The level of development taking place today in the field of health and electronic management has greatly contributed to improving the services provided to the individual, and this is achieved more through the management and manufacture of this service in correct scientific ways and its development, bearing in mind that the health service affects the health and well-being of the individual, but the health sector still suffers from shortcomings Especially in middle- and low-income countries. which negatively affected the level of quality of health care provided to citizens.
