نـــظم المعلــومات الإداريـــــة وعلاقــــتها بفعـــاليــــة النظــــام الرقـــابي بوزارة التربيـــــة والتعلــــيم في قطـــاع غـــــزة

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدي تطبيق نظم المعلومات الإدارية في وزارة التربية والتعليم في غزة، التعرف على مدي وجود رقابة على الموظفين في الوزارة، ثم التعرف على مدي وجود علاقة بين نظم المعلومات الإدارية وفاعلية النظام الرقابي في وزارة التربية والتعليم في غزة.وكانت أهم النتائج أن 74.9% من أفراد العينة يرون انه يتم تطبيق نظم المعلومات الإدارية بوزارة التربية والتعليم بدرجة كبيرة. و أن 71.9% من أفراد العينة يرون أنه يتم تطبيق النظام الرقابي بوزارة التربية والتعليم بدرجة كبيرة.تبين من خلال النتائج عدم وجود فروق جوهرية ذات دلالة إحصائية في نظم المعلومات الإدارية و النظام الرقابي لدى موظفي وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي في قطاع غزة تعزى لمتغير نوع (الجنس،المؤهل العلمي).تكونت عينة الدراسة من (70) موظف في وزارة التربية والتعليم, بشكل عشوائي, من خلال إستبانة لقياس نظم المعلومات الإدارية وعلاقتها بفاعلية النظام الرقابي في وزارة التربية والتعليم في غزة. This study aimed to identify the extent of the application of management information systems in the Ministry of Education in Gaza, to identify the extent to which there is control over employees in the ministry, and then to identify the extent to which there is a relationship between management information systems and the effectiveness of the control system in the Ministry of Education in Gaza. Results: 74.9% of the respondents believe that MIS is being applied to a large extent in the Ministry of Education. And that 71.9% of the respondents believe that the supervisory system of the Ministry of Education is being applied to a large extent. It was found through the results that there are no substantial differences of statistical significance in the management information systems and the control system among the employees of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in the Gaza Strip due to the gender variable (gender, educational qualification). The study sample consisted of (70) employees of the Ministry of Education, Randomly, through a questionnaire to measure management information systems and their relationship to the effectiveness of the supervisory system in the Ministry of Education in Gaza.
