The present research endeavor seeks for exploring English as Foreign Language (EFL) teachers’ perspectives regarding the use of ICTs in developing reading and writing skills. To answer research questions and to realize the intended research objectives, the current study adopts a quantitative method by the use of the teachers’ questionnaire as the main research tool for the data gathering process. The questionnaire was designed then distributed to the target sample consisting of 25 EFL teachers at the Departments of English- University of Badjo Mokhtar- Annaba and University of 8 May 1945, Guelma. The statistical results reflect teachers’ awareness of the potentials of ICTs in learning and their positive effects on enhancing the reading and writing skills.
