الاحتراق النفسي وعلاقته بالتوافق الزواجي لدى المرأة العاملة دراسة ميدانية في ثانويات مدينة عين الملح

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن مستوى الاحتراق النفسي والتوافق الزواجي لدى عينة الدراسة ، وفحص الفروق بين متوسطات الاحتراق النفسي والتوافق الزواجي في ضوء متغير التخصص ، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (29 ) إمرأة عاملة في قطاع التعليم تم اختيارهم عشوائيا من المدارس الثانوية لمدينة عين الملح من العام الدراسي (2020 -2021 ) ، وقد استخدمت الدراسة مقياسي الاحتراق النفسي والتوافق الزواجي . توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى متوسط من الاحتراق النفسي لدى عينة الدراسة ، ومستوى متدني من التوافق الزواجي ، كما أشارت النتائج إلى أنه توجد فروق دالة إحصائا في مستوى الاحتراق النفسي تعزى لمتغير التخصص ولصالح الأدبيين ، وأنه لاتوجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى التوافق الزواجي تعزى لمتغير التخصص. الكلمات المفتاحية: احتراق النفسي ؛ توافق زواجي ؛ مرأة عاملة Abstract : The current study aimed to reveal the level of both psychological burnout and marital compatibility among the stydy sample . differences in the level of marital adjustment due to the variable of specialization. and examing the level of differences between the averages of psychological burnout and marital compatibility in the light variable:of the specialization The study sample consisted of 29 women working in the education sector who were randomly seleMalah -cted from secondary schools in Ain Elfrom the academic year 2020/2021The study used psychological burnout and marital compatibility scales The results of the study indicated that there is an average level of psychological burnout among the study sample. And a low level of marital compatibilityThe results of the study also indicated that there are statistically significant differences in the level of psychological burnout due to the variable of specialization and in favor of the literary .And that there are no statistically significant differences in the level of marital adjustment due to the variable of specialization
