تقييم مؤشرات التنمية الريفية المستدامة في الجزائر في إطار استراتيجية التجديد الفلاحي والريفي خلال الفترة 2009-2019

الملخص
نظرا للأزمات المعقدة والمتلاحقة التي باتت تهدد الاقتصاد الوطني، كان لابد من البحث عن الحلول الناجعة والمستدامة التي من شأنها ضمان أمنه واستقراره على المدى البعيد، وفي مقدمتها دعم التنمية الريفية المستدامة بمختلف أبعادها ومؤشراتها. ذلك أن الريف الجزائري يعتبر مصدر للعديد من الثروات المهمشة، الطييعية، البشرية، التي وجب العمل الجاد على دعم وتفعيل الجهود الاستثمارية على مستواها، الأمر الذي من شأنه تحقيق التنمية الريفية المستدامة من جهة والتنمية الاقتصادية المستدامة بشكل عام من جهة أخرى، ولعل أن أبرز هذا الجهود في الجزائر ما يعرف باستراتيجية التجديد الفلاحي والريفي للفترة 2009-2019 ، التي برزت نتائجها بشكل جلي، وان كان ليس بالكافي والمتوقع على مستوى مختلف مؤشرات وأبعاد التنمية الريفية المستدامة. الكلمات المفتاحية: ريف، تنمية ريفية مستدامة، أبعاد ومؤشرات، استراتيجية التجديد الفلاحي والريفي. تصنيف JEL: O20 ; O18 Abstract : In view of the complex and successive crises that threaten the national economy, it was necessary to search for effective and sustainable solutions that would guarantee its security and stability in the long term, foremost of which is supporting sustainable rural development in its various dimensions and indicators. This is because the Algerian countryside is a source of many marginalized, natural, human wealth, which has to work hard to support and activate investment efforts at their level, which would achieve sustainable rural development on the one hand and sustainable economic development in general on the other hand, and perhaps the most prominent of this Efforts in Algeria are what is known as the agricultural and rural renewal strategy for the period 2009-2019, the results of which have emerged clearly, although it is not sufficient and expected at the level of various indicators and dimensions of sustainable rural development.
