الملخص
تطرح الدراسة إشكالية التعاون الدولي الملح من أجل ايفاء الشعوب حقها في المعلومات للاستعداد إلى الحياة مع كورونا وما بعدها .اتبعت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يرصد الحقائق بشأن آليات التفكير والعمل الدولي على إيجاد إستراتيجية عميقة التأثير في ميدان الطب وتشجيع الطب الوقائي والتدريب عليه في زمن الجائحة . عنيت الدراسة بمبدأ العدالة والمرونة في إنتاج اللقاحات المضادة للأوبئة وتوزيعها دون تفرقة أو تمييز. انتهت الدراسة إلى أن الجائحة أملت سلوكيات وطرائق جديدة في الحياة ،وأن القوى العظمى أمام أولوية رفع حجم الإنفاق على الصحة البشرية وشطب حمى التسلح. فقد برهنت الجائحة أن الأرواح أهم من الأرباح وإنتاج الكمامة أهم من الدبابة.وتوصلت الدراسة إلى إعادة التفكير في تدريس الطب بمنظور جديد يناسب الواقع. Abstract: The study raises the problem how to prepare for life with Corona and its aftermath. It followed the descriptive analytical approach that monitors facts about the mechanisms of thinking and international work to find a strategy with a deep impact in the field of medicine and to encourage preventive medicine. The study concerned the principle of justice and flexibility in the production and distribution of anti-epidemic vaccines without discrimination. the study concluded that the pandemic dictated new behaviors and ways of life, and that the great powers are before the priority of raising the volume of spending on human health and writing off the armament fever, as the pandemic proved that lives are more important than profits and the production of the muzzle is more important than the tank.The study leads to rethinking the teaching of medicine with a new perspective that fits the reality we fear
