الملخص
ملخص: يثير فيروس كورونا(covid -19) الذي ظهر في الصين لينتشر بعدها في جل بقاع العالم، انشغال العالم والجزائر، ويبدو أن فترة حضانة فيروس كورونا وهي الفترة ما بين انتقال الفيروس للشخص حتى ظهور أعراض الإصابة عليه، طويلة نسبيا وقد تختلف من شخص لآخر، إلا أن الأمر المقلق هو إمكانية انتقال هذا الفيروس بالعدوى في فترة الحضانة إلى الغير خلال هذه المدة، وعلى ضوء إهمال ومخالفة المواطنين لتدابير التباعد الاجتماعي الـموجهة للوقاية من انتشار وباء كورونا فيروس ومكافحته والتي ترمي إلى الحد، بصفة استثنائية، من الاحتكاك الجسدي بين المواطنين في الفضاءات العمومية وفي أماكن العمل، مما تسبب في نشر فيروس كورونا الذي ينتقل بالسعال واللعاب، وعلى ضوء قيام عدة أشخاص مصابين بفيروس كورونا في دول مختلفة بوضع لعابهم على مقابض عدد من المركبات، وتوجيه اتهامات جنائية بسبب ما اعتبر سعيا عمدا إلى نقل فيروس كورونا،كان من المهم إبداء وجهة النظر القانونية حول المسؤولية الجزائية عن تزايد نقل فيروس كورونا في الجزائر. كلمات مفتاحية: قصد، إهمال، مسؤولية، كورونا، شروع. Abstract: The (covid-19) coronavirus, which appeared in China and subsequently spread to almost all parts of the world, raises the concern of the world and Algeria, It appears that the incubation period of the Coronavirus, which is the period between the transmission of the virus to a person until the symptoms of infection appears, is relatively long and may vary from person to person, However, what is worrisome is the possibility of this virus being transmitted through the incubation period to others during this period, In light of the citizens ’neglect and violation of the measures of social estrangement directed at preventing and controlling the spread of the Corona virus, which aims to reduce, on an exceptional basis, physical contact between citizens in public spaces and in the workplace, which caused the spread of the Coronavirus, which is transmitted by coughing and saliva Provide a legal viewpoint on the criminal responsibility for the increasing transmission of the Coronavirus in Algeria, And in light of the fact that several people infected with the Coronavirus in different countries put their toys on on the handles of a number of vehicles, and bring criminal charges because of what was considered a deliberate attempt to transmit the Coronavirus.
