واقع برامج الوالدية الرقمية في الدول العربية الجزائر، قطر، لبنان -نموذجا-

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تشخيص واقع برامج الوالدية الرقمية في العالم العربي وذلك عن طريق أخذ ثلاث نماذج من بلدان مختلفة تتمثل في الجزائر قطر ولبنان، ووصف مدى نجاعة هذه البرامج في السنوات الأخيرة خاصة في ظل التطور المتلاحق للوسائل الرقمية وشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي والتطرق إلى أهم المبادرات التي قامت بها هذه الدول للارتقاء بمستوى الآباء والأمهات في ما يتعلق بالثقافة الرقمية وأساليب التعامل مع الطفل ومرافقته في عالمه الرقمي وحمايته من المخاطر والتحديات التي قد تؤثر على نفسيته، وسلوكه، وشخصيته بل وحتى صحته وذلك للكشف عن نقاط القوة، والضعف في هذه البرامج التي صارت ضرورة ملحة، وواقع ليس له دافع وحتمية تكنولوجية يقتضيها عصرنا، ومن ثم اقتراح الحلول والتوصيات المناسبة التي قد تثري الموضوع سواء من الناحية النظرية أو الناحية العملية، والتي كان من بينها ضرورة انشاء مواقع الكترونية تهتم بالوالدية الرقمية في عالمنا العربي ليصبح في مصاف الدول المتقدمة على غرار أمريكا وبريطانيا التي قطعت شوطا كبيرا في ما يخص الرقي بمستوى الوالدية الرقمية بغض النظر عن الاختلافات الثقافية والمناهج التربوية المعتمدة في كل دولة. This study aims to diagnose the reality of digital parenting programs in the Arab world by taking three models from different countries represented in Algeria, Qatar and Lebanon and describing the extent of the development of these programs in recent years, especially in light of the successive development of digital means and social networks and the most important initiatives undertaken by these Countries to raise the level of parents with regard to digital culture and methods of dealing with the child and accompanying him in his digital world and protecting him from risks and challenges that may affect his psyche, behavior, personality and even health, in order to reveal the strengths and weaknesses of these programs, which have become an urgent necessity and a reality that has no motive A technological imperative required by our times, And then propose appropriate solutions and recommendations that may enrich the subject, both in theory and in practice, among which was the need to create websites that care about digital parenting in our Arab world to be in the ranks of developed countries such as America and Britain, which have made great strides in advancing the level of parenting digital regardless of cultural differences and curricula adopted in each country.
