حريـة الرأي والتعبير عبر فايسبوك و خطاب الكراهية دراسة تحليلية على عينة من منشورات صفحة Kabylie News

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مضامين صفحة Kabylie News التي تنشط عبر موقع التواصل الاجتماعي فايسبوك والتي تتعلق بحرية الرأي والتعبير وخطاب الكراهية من حيث الشكل والمضمون ، والسعي إلى التعرف على تركيبة المضامين ونوعيتها وطبيعة أساليب النشر والقيم المتضمنة في الأخبار إضافـة إلى الكشف عن مدى التفاعل مع منشورات الصفحة عبر موقع فايسبوك. ولغرض اجراء هذه الدراسـة، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وذلك من خلال تحليل البيانات التي يتم الحصول عليها من عينة الدراسة المتمثلـة في منشورات صفحةKabylie News ، موظفـا في ذلك استمارة تحليل المضمون كأداة للتحليل. وتوصلت الدراسـة إلى أن معظـم منشورات الصفحة تنشر باللغة العربية، وجل مواضيعها ذات طابع سياسي وايديولوجي كما تشهد تفاعلية كبيرة من طرف متابعيها عبر موقع فايسبوك. Abstract This study aims to identify the contents of the Kabylie News page, which is active on the social networking site Facebook, which is related to freedom of opinion and expression and hate speech in terms of form and content, and to identify the composition and quality of the contents, the nature of publishing methods and the values included in the news, in addition to revealing the extent of interaction with Page posts on Facebook. For the purpose of conducting this study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method, by analyzing the data obtained from the study sample represented in the publications of the Kabylie News page, employing the content analysis form as a tool for analysis. The study concluded that most of the page's publications are published in Arabic, and most of its topics are of a political and ideological nature, and it also witnesses great interaction on the part of its followers on Facebook.
