دور عملية المسح العقاري في تسهيل منح عقد الامتياز على العقار للمستثمر

الملخص
تساهم عملية المسح العقاري في تنظيم الوعاء العقاري من خلال تشكيل قطع وأقسام ومواقع مع تحديد طبيعة الملك وهوية المالك والمساحة المملوكة، وإفراغ هذه المعلومات في سجلات ووثائق رسمية تثبت حق الملكية على العقار. حيث تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور الفعال الذي تلعبه آثار هذه العملية في تسهيل وتسريع إجراءات منح عقد الامتياز على العقار الذي تم مسحه، خاصة من حيث سهولة التعرف عليه والوصول إلى مالكه من جهة ومن جهة أخرى توسيع الوعاء العقاري للأملاك الخاصة للدولة الموجهة للاستثمار. الأمر الذي يؤثر ايجابيا على المستثمرين من حيث زيادة الفرص في الاستثمار نظرا لسهولة توفير العقار، ومن حيث دعم عامل الاستقرار والاستمرارية في المشاريع الاستثمارية. The real estate investigation process contributes to the organization of the real estate container by forming plots, sections and locations with the determination of the nature of the property, the identity of the owner and the space owned with the insertion of these information in official registers and documents that prove ownership of the property. This study aims to highlight the effective role played by the effects of this process in facilitating and accelerating the procedures for granting the concession contract on the property which has been the subject of an investigation, in particular in terms of identification. and easy access to its owner on the one hand and on the other hand, the expansion of the real estate base of State property intended for investment. This positively affects investors in terms of increasing investment opportunities due to the ease of supplying real estate, and in terms of supporting the stability and continuity factor in investment projects.
