السياسات الحكومية ومبادرات وسائل الإعلام في مواجهة الأخبار الكاذبة

الملخص
يتناول البحث ظاهرة الأخبار الملفقة أو الكاذبة التي أصبحت تعج بها الشبكة العنكبوتية ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، ويقف خلفها أفراد وجماعات اتخذت هذه الأخبار وسيلة للتشويش وإحداث بلبلة لأغراض مختلفة، خصوصا في ظروف المواعيد السياسية الهامة وخلال الأزمات. ويهدف البحث إلى التعريف بمفهوم الأخبار الكاذبة ومصدرها ودوافع انتشارها. وبما أنها باتت تشكل تهديدا لأمن واستقرار الدول، تبادر العديد من وسائل الإعلام إلى التحقق من صحة الأخبار التي تنشر في منصات التواصل قبل اعتمادها، وسارعت حكومات العالم منها الجزائر، إلى اتخاذ إجراءات تقضي بمكافحة هذه الأخبار التي تصنف ضمن الجرائم الالكترونية، وملاحقة مروجيها ومتابعتهم قضائيا، إلى جانب توسيع عمليات التوعية لوضع حد لانتشار هذه الظاهرة This research deals with the phenomenon of fake news. That has become infested with the World Wide Web and social media. Behind them are individuals and groups that have used these news as a means of disrupting and causing confusion for various purposes, especially in times of crisis, like what happened during the outbreak of the Coronavirus (Covid 19). The research aims to introduce the concept of fake news, its source, and the motives for its spread. And since it has become a real threat to the security and stability of countries, many media verify the authenticity of the news published in social media before their adoption. Governments, including Algeria, are taking steps to combat these news that were classified as cybercrime, prosecuting their promoters, as well as expanding awareness-raising operations to end the spread of this phenomenon.
