الجهود الجزائرية في تأهيل وإدماج ذوي الإحتياجات الخاصة

الملخص
تعد مسألة تأهيل و إدماج فئة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة من اهم المسائل التي يعني بها المجتمع من خلال مؤسساته المختلفة ، فقد تطرقت الدراسة إلى التعرف على جهود الدولة الجزائرية في الاهتمام بهذه الفئة، ومع قراءة للجهود العالمية المبذولة بشأن حقوقها ضمن قراءة لفحوى الاتفاقيات الدولية، ومع ذكر لكرونولوجيا تطور هذه الفئة في المجتمع الجزائري، مركزين في ذلك على جانبين أساسين في تأهيلها و إدماجها ، و التي تمثلت في الجانب الوقائي التأهيلي و الجانب الاجتماعي، على ان تتوصل الدراسة إلى نتيجة مفادها ان الجهود الجزائرية في مجال تأهيل و إدماج هذه الفئة ماهي إلا آلية في تغيير فكرة المجتمع عن هذه الفئة، و التي بدورها وتؤدي إلى اندماجهم بشكل أكبر في المجتمع و الارتقاء بها The issue of rehabilitating and integrating people with special needs is one of the most important issues that society is concerned with through its various institutions, as the study touched on the efforts of the Algerian state to pay attention to this group, and with a reading of the global efforts made regarding its rights within a reading of the content of international conventions, and with mentioning The chronology of the development of this group in the Algerian society, focusing on this on two main aspects in its rehabilitation and integration, which were represented in the preventive, rehabilitative and social aspect, provided that the study concludes that the Algerian efforts in the field of rehabilitation and integration of this group are nothing but a mechanism. In changing the community’s idea of this group, which in turn leads to their further integration into society and its advancement.
