الملخص
ملخص: يعتبر إستغلال الأطفال في العمل المنزلي أحد أهم الأشكال الخطيرة لعمل الأطفال، فرغم وجود العديد من الإتفاقيات الدولية والإقليمية من جهة والتشريعات الوطنية من جهة أخرى و التي تم وضعها للحد من هذا النوع من الإستغلال، إلا أنه ولعدة أسباب لايزال موجودا ومنتشرا في العديد من مناطق العالم. إذ يسبب هذا النوع من الإستغلال أثارا مدمرة على الصحة الجسدية والنفسية للطفل والتي قد تصل لحد الموت نظرا لمختلف المخاطر والظروف المحيطة بهذا العمل. Abstract: The exploitation of children in domestic work is one of the most serious forms of child labor, although there are many international and regional conventions on the one hand and national legislation on the other hand, which were put in place to limit this type of operation, but there are still for several reasons. This type of operation causes a devastating impact on the physical and mental health of a child, which can reach death because of various risks and circumstances surrounding this work.
