البعد المعرفي لظاهرة القدرة على الانجاز لدى الباحث الجامعي الجزائري جامعة باجي مختار- عنابة نموذجا

الملخص
يعد هذا البحث دراسة ميدانية لظاهرة القدرة على الانجاز لدى الباحث الجامعي في بعدها المعرفي، فيما يتضمنه من مؤشرات قيمية مدركة تعكس جانبا من جوانب هذه الظاهرة واقعا في ظل النظام البحثي لإحدى جامعات الجزائر وهي جامعة باجي مختار – عنابة . تتصل قدرة الباحث الجامعي على الانجاز بارتفاع وقوة حاجته للانجاز إلى المستوى الذي يرفع من دافعيته للانجاز، وهذا له صلة بالمدرك القيمي وما يحدثه من توتر ايجابي . وقد دلت الشواهد المعرفية على مستوى مختلف فئات التحليل، فضلا عن فشل الجامعة في أداء دورها البحثي على المستوى الواسع النطاق، عدم افتقار باحثيها على المستوى المحدود النطاق لتلك العناصر القيمية التي يمكن أن تحدث لديهم التوتر الايجابي، ما يؤشر على انخفاض حاجة الباحث الجامعي الجزائري للانجاز إلى المستوى الذي لا يرفع من دافعيته للانجاز. This research is a field study of the phenomenon of the ability of accomplishment by the university researcher in its cognitive dimension, in terms of perceived value indicators that reflect an aspect of this phenomenon a reality under the research system of one of the Algerian universities which is the University of Badji Mokhtar- Annaba. The ability of the university researcher to accomplish is related to the rise and strength of his need for achievement to the level that raises his motivation for achievement, and this has to do with the perceptive values and the positive tension it creates. evidence at the level of the various categories of analysis, as well as the university failure to perform its research role at its broad level have revealed not lack of those value elements among researchers in the limited scope which can cause them to have positive tension, that indicates a decrease in the Algerian university researcher’s need for accomplishment at a level that will not raise his motivation for achievement
