حرية التعبير بين الممارسة الصحفية والضغوط المهنية في الصحافة الإلكترونية دراسة ميدانية على عينة من صحفيي موقع جريدة الفجر اليومي الإلكتروني

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أوجه الضغوطات والمشاكل التي يعاني منها الصحفيين في الصحافة الإلكترونية جراء ممارستهم لحرية النشر والتعبير ، والمعلوم أن الدمقرطة في تأدية المهام الصحفية ، ومعالجة القضايا والأخبار بموضوعية ومصداقية ، وتمرس معايير النزاهة المهنية وفق ضوابط وأسس أخلاقية واضحة المعالم ، وهذا الهدوء الذي يسبق العاصفة قد يولد انفجار رهيب مفاده مواجهة المنظومة الصحفية والصحفي كمحور فاعل ورئيس في العملية المهنية مشاكل وضغوطات متعددة الأبعاد المهنية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية والنفسية ، مما تعرقل مساره المهني وتعيقه على تأدية المهام بكل حرية وشفافية ، والمعروف أن حرية التعبير وإبداء الرأي تعتبر أحد الرافد الأساسية لقيام إعلام هادف وواعد يسعى على تنوير الرأي العام بمختلف مجريات الأحداث وكشف الوقائع ،مع احترام آراء الجماهير ومختلف شرائح المجتمع وتقبل النقد البناء الذي يهدف إلى التغيير والتطوير والرقي ، باعتبار الصحفي الحر عصب هام في البيئة الاجتماعية الذي يسعى على تحقيق التنمية في مختلف مجالات الحياة ، ولا يتحقق هذا إلا بعد بناء صحافة حرة ديمقراطية ونزيهة. Abstract: This study aims to identify the aspects of pressures and problems faced by journalists in electronic journalism as a result of their exercise of freedom of publication and expression, and it is known that democratization in performing journalistic tasks, dealing with issues and news with objectivity and credibility, and practicing standards of professional integrity according to clear ethical controls and foundations, and this calm that It precedes the storm that may generate a terrible explosion in the sense that the journalistic system and the journalist as an active and main focus of the professional process are confronted with multidimensional professional, social, economic and psychological problems and pressures ,which impede his career path and hinder him from performing tasks freely and transparently, and it is known that freedom of expression and opinion is one of the main tributaries for the establishment of meaningful and promising media that seeks to enlighten public opinion in the various course of events and reveal facts, with respect The opinions of the masses and the various segments of society and accept constructive criticism that aims at change, development and advancement, given that a free journalist is an important nerve in the social environment that seeks to achieve development in various areas of life, and this can only be achieved after building a free, democratic and fair press.
