الأبعاد السوسيو ثقافية ودورها في تفعيل التعليم الالكتروني في الجزائر

الملخص
إن الإنسان يعيش في مجتمع كثير التغيرات في جميع المجالات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، والثقافية والمعلوماتية، وذلك نتيجة العولمة، التي مست جميع المجتمعات، وأصبح التغيير ملحوظ في جميع الأصعدة، وعليه نجد الغزو ألمفاهيمي الضخم، الذي غزى مجتمعانا، نتيجة التطور التكنولوجي الهائل، إذ أصبحت منظومة القيم غزيرة المضامين ومتعددة المعاني، وعليه ازدادت المعرفة وازدهرت على هذا النحو، وازدهر التعليم بأنواعه ومستوياته وانتشر مفهوم التعليم الالكتروني، والجزائر من الدول التي سارت على هذا النهج وتبنت منظومة التعليم عن بعد، باعتبارها لها خصوصيات ثقافية تميزها عن غيرها، وهذا ينعكس على عملية التعليمية من حيث تكوينها، لذلك أبينا توضيح هذه النقطة الأساسية، لتحسين فعالية التكوين في التعليم الالكتروني وفق الخصوصية السوسيوثقافية الجزائرية عن طريق المنهج الوصفي التحليلي . والهدف من دراستنا معرفة الابعاد السوسيولوجية والثقافية في انجاح التعليم الالكتروني بالجزائر . ومن النتائج البارزة هو اعتبار أن التعليم الإلكتروني هو جزء لا يتجزأ من العملية التعليمية ككل ، وان دمجه مع الوسائل المختلفة في التعليم يشكل حاجة ماسة لتطوير العملية التعليمية. Abstract : Humanity is living in a society with many changes in all social, economic, cultural and informational areas. As a result of globalization, all societies have been affected. Change has become apparent at all levels. Thus, the enormous metaphysical invasion that has engulfed our societies has been the result of enormous technological development. The values of the content and the multiplicity of meanings, and thus increased knowledge and flourished in this way, and flourished education of all types and levels and spread the concept of e-learning, and Algeria from the countries that followed this approach and adopted the system of distance education, For others, and this is reflected in the educational process in terms of its composition, so our Father illustrate this fundamental point, to improve the effectiveness of e-learning training in accordance with the Privacy Alsosyotagafah Algerian through the descriptive and analytical approach. The objective of our study is to know the sociological and cultural dimensions in the success of e-learning in Algeria. One of the salient results is that e-learning is an integral part of the educational process as a whole and its integration with the various means of education is an urgent need to develop the educational process.
