المسؤولية الاجتماعية و أخلاقيات العمل دراسة مفاهيمية

الملخص
: تعتبر المسؤولية الاجتماعية احد الأهداف التي يسعى الأفراد و كذلك المنظمات الى محاولة تحقيقها ، نظرا للدور الكبير الذي تلعبه المسؤولية الاجتماعية سواء بالنسبة للأفراد او المنظمة او المجتمع ، حيث ان المسؤولية الاجتماعية ينظر إليها على أنها الالتزام الأخلاقي و التصرف المسؤول اتجاه أصحاب المصلحة ومن أهم الأطراف المستفيدة من برامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية نجد كل من الأفراد و المنظمات و المجتمع ، و نلاحظ بأنه حتى تتحقق المسؤولية الاجتماعية لابد على الأفراد و المنظمات من الاستنجاد و العمل بسلوك أخلاقي أثناء مزاولة المهام ، أي لابد عليهم من العمل وفق أخلاقيات الأعمال ، هذه الأخيرة التي لها أهمية كبيرة في زيادة كفاءة أداء العاملين وزيادة أداء المنظمة و سنتطرق في هذا المقال الى ماهية المسؤولية الاجتماعية من خلال تناول مفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية و الجذور التاريخية لها ، بالإضافة الى أهمية المسؤولية الاجتماعية و عناصرها و أهم أبعادها و أهم معايير قياس المسؤولية الاجتماعية و تناولنا في ختام هذا الجانب الاختلال الأخلاقي للمسؤولية الاجتماعية ، كما تطرقنا أيضا الى ماهية أخلاقيات الأعمال من خلال التطرق الى مفهومها و أهميتها و مصادرها و ماهي أهم مداخل أخلاقيات الأعمال ، ومن ثما تطرقنا في نهاية هذا الجانب الى نوعية العلاقة بين المسؤولية الاجتماعية و أخلاقيات الأعمال الكلمات المفتاحية : المسؤولية الاجتماعية ، الاختلاق ، أخلاقيات الأعمال Abstract: Social responsibility is one of the goals that individuals as well as organizations strive to achieve , given the great role that social responsibility plays , whether for individuals organization or society , as social responsibility is seen as a moral obligation and responsible behavior towards stakeholders and one of the most important beneficiaries Among the social responsibility programs we find both individuals ,organizations and society ,and we note that in order for social responsibility to be achieved , individuals and organizations must seek help and work with ethical behavior during the performance of tasks , that is , they must work according to business ethics , the latter of which is of great importance in increasing the efficiency of the performance of employees and increasing the performance of the organization . In this article , we will discuss what social responsibility by addressing the concept of social responsibility and its historical roots , in addition to the importance of social responsibility and its elements and the most important dimensions and the most important dimensions and the most important criteria for measuring social responsibility , and at the conclusion of this aspect we dealt with the moral imbalance of social responsibility , and we also touched on the nature of business ethics by addressing its concept and their importance and sources and what are the most important entrances to business ethics , and then we touched at the quality of the relationship between social responsibility and business ethics.
