الملخص
يقوم المجتمع المدني في الوقت الراهن بدور شريك رئيسي للدولة عن طريق منظماته المختلفة التي تساهم بالجهود اللازمة في تحريك عجلة التنمية الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية، من خلال تسخيرها لكل الموارد والطاقات في المجالات التي تفرض تحديات صعبة تخلق أزمات و مشكلات تمس عدة شرائح اجتماعية، و نركز في هذه الدراسة خاصة على الجمعيات التطوعية سواء كانت جمعيات خيرية أو جمعيات ذات طابع خدماتي تهدف لمساعدة فئة اجتماعية معينة و الدفاع عن حقوقها كالجمعيات المتعلقة بذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، كون أن هذه الفئة من أكثر الفئات الاجتماعية التي تعاني التهميش و الإقصاء و التمييز رغم أنه لديها من الطاقات والمهارات التي يمكن استثمارها من أجل إدماجها في المجتمع، لذلك فإنها تتلقى المساعدة و الدعم اللازم من طرف الجمعيات.
