تَوْثِيقٌ تَارِيخَ الْمَبَانِي ذَاتُ الْقِيمَةِ المِعْمارِيَّةِ: دِرَاسَةُ حالة فيلا عــزيز حنا بِمَدِينَةِ الْفَيُّومِ

الملخص
يُعـَـدُ التَّوْثِيقُ التَّارِيخِي الصَّحِيحُ لِلْأبْنيَــةِ الْأثَــرِيــةِ أَوْ ذَاتُ الْقِيمَةِ التَّارِيخِيَةِ وَالْـمِعْمَارِيَّــةِ وَالـفَنِيـَةِ، وَسِيلَةُ إِنْتَــاجِ معــرفـة علميــة سَلِيمَـةِ حَوْلَ عُــمْرَانِ المُــدن، وَنَمَطُ الْحَيَــاةِ الْاِقْتِصَادِيَّةِ وَالْاِجْتِمَاعِيَّةِ وَالثَقَـافِيَــةِ إِبان فَتْرَاتٍ إِنْشَــائِهَا، وَوَضَّعَهَا فِي السِّيَاقِ التَـــرَاتُبِــيِ الصَّحِيحِ مِنْ سِلْسلَةِ تَارِيخِ الْعِمَارَةِ الْوَطَنِيَّةِ؛ وَطَــالَمَا اِشْتَمَلَتْ قَوَائِمُ لِجَـانِ حَصْرِ الْمُبَانِيَ ذَاتُ الطِرَازِ الْمِعْمَــارِيَ الْمُتَمَيَـزِ؛ وَالَّتِي بَدَأَتْ عَمَلُهَا بِصُدُورِ قَرَارِ مَجْلِسِ الْوُزَرَاءِ الْمِصْرِيِ، بِتَاريخِ 30/9/1998م، الْعَدِيدَ مِنَ الْقــصُورِ وَالْفِيلَاتِ؛ الَّتِي وُقِعَتْ بِأَسْمَاءِ قَاطِنِيهَا أَوْ شَهْرَتُهَــا أَوْ وَظِيفَتُهَا وَقْتَ الْحَصْرِ؛ مِمَّــا يتنافى بالتأكيد مع عمليــة التوثيق الأثـري الكــامل الصحيح لها، وبالتالي حدوث فجــوات وأخطــاء في السياق المعرفــي المُتراكم لدينا. وَبِنَاءً عَلَى ذَلِك، فَـــإِنَّ هَـــذِهِ الْـــوَرَقَــةِ الْبَحْثِيَـةِ تَتَنــاوَلُ بِالأعْتِمَــادِ عَلَى الْوَثَائِقِ الــرسْمِيَّةِ، وَالْخَـــرَائِطَ الْمِسَاحِية، وَالدراســـة الميدانيــة، أُسَّسَ تَسْجِيـلٌ وَتَــوْثِيقُ تَارِيــخَ تِلْكَ الْأبْنيَــةِ، وَذَلِكَ بِالتَّطْبِيقِ عَلَى فَيـلَّا عـزيز حنــا صالح نسيـم، بِمَدِينَةِ الْفَيُّومِ، مُنْـذُ إِنْشَائِهَا أَوَاخر الْقَــرن 19م حَتى النِّصْفِ الأول مِنَ الْقَـرْنِ 20 الْمِيلَادي؛ وَهَـــى الْفِيلَا أو السـراية التي تُعَرَفُ - فَقَطْــ - فِي جَدَاوِلِ الْحَصْـرِ الْمَذْكُــورَةِ وَالْأَوْسَاطِ الأكَادِيمية بِقَصْــر أنيســه ويصـا، بِاِعْتِبَارِهَــا مُنْشِئَتِـهِ؛ وَتَشْغَلُهَا حَاِليًا مَجْلِسَ الدَّوْلَةِ بِمُحَافَظَةِ الْفَيُّومِ. Abstract: The correct historical documentation of archaeological buildings is a means of producing sound scientific knowledge about the urbanization of cities, and the pattern of economic, social, and cultural life during the periods of their establishment, and placing them in the correct hierarchical context in the series of the history of national architecture. And as long as it includes lists of committees to inventory buildings of a distinct architectural style; Which began its work with the issuance of the Council of Minister's decision on 9/30/1998, many palaces and villas; Which were signed with the names of its residents, her celebrity, or its Function at the time of the enumeration; Which certainly contradicts the process of full and correct archaeological documentation of it, and thus the occurrence of gaps and errors in the cognitive context we have accumulated; Accordingly, this research paper deals with, by relying on official documents, cadastral maps, and field studies, recording and documenting the history of Aziz Bey Hanna Salah's Villa, in Fayoum city, from the end of the nineteenth century until the first half of the twentieth century AD. Which is known - only - in the aforementioned inventory tables and academic circles at Anisa Wissa Palace, as its originator; it is currently occupied by the State Council in the Fayoum Governorate.
