الملخص
يتناول البحث ظاهرة الفساد وهو أحد مواضيع الساعة التي أضحت تشكل خطرا كبيرا حتى على الدول العظمى نظرا لانتشاره وتغلغله في كل شرائح المجتمع وقطاعات الدولة، وانعكست آثاره السلبية على كل المستويات الداخلية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية والأخلاقية وحتى على أمن واستقرار الدول. في هذا السياق جاء بحثنا ليتناول موضوع الفساد من حيث نشأته، صوره، آثاره وانعكاساته، ومن ثم تقديم التوصيات المناسبة لمكافحة هذه الآفة الخطيرة وللحد من انتشارها وتوسعها. The research deals with the phenomenon of corruption, which is one of the topical issues of the day that has become a major threat even to the superpowers due to its spread and penetration in all segments of society and state sectors, and its negative effects were reflected on all internal social, economic, political, and moral levels, and even on the security and stability of states. In this context, our research came to address the issue of corruption in terms of its origins, forms, effects and repercussions, and then to provide appropriate recommendations to combat this dangerous scourge and limit its spread and expansion.
