Abstract: The human body enjoys inviolability and immunity in Algerian legislation, so the legislator gave the drug consumer a measure of protection due to the specificity of the drug as a complex and dangerous product. Therefore, it imposed on the pharmacist several obligations, including the commitment to information and conformity, and as a result of scientific development that included all different areas of life and the pharmaceutical field in particular, the imposition The latter must bear the defects of its products, and thus an obligation to ensure the validity of the drug to achieve the purpose for which it was prepared, free from any defect and achieve safety for its consumers.
