الملخص
This study aims to identify the environmental methods and mechanisms concerned with the management and management of hazardous wastes by addressing the legal texts that reflect the desire of the legislator to regulate the process of managing private hazardous wastes in order to expand the circle of environmental protection as a whole from pollution, given what the latter contains of the characteristics that make it distinct. With great danger, whether on human health or the environment, this has emphasized legal procedures in the process of managing or exporting hazardous private waste, and from here the importance of studying this issue emerges by addressing the definition of this type of waste with mentioning its most important sources and health effects related to it, in addition to To the most important provisions related to the management and export of hazardous special waste.
