الملخص
الملخص : إن تطوير المجتمع وتحريك عجلته الاقتصادية خاصة في ظل ما تمطره التكنولوجيا من وسائل متطورة فرض على التشريعات الداخلية حماية مقومات اقتصادها من خلال فرض آليات جزائية لكل ما يمس أسرارها المرتبطة بالتجارة والصناعة ، وتهدف الدراسة إلى التركيز في الجانب المفاهيمي للأسرار التجارية ، وأهم المحطات التاريخية التي كان لها الفضل في بناء قانون متكامل يحمي الأسرار التجارية خاصة في الحقل الجزائي ، ودراسة مدى فعالية الحماية الجزائية للأسرار التجارية في ظل القواعد التقليدية التي تحتاج إلى تحيين ومواكبة التغييرات والتحولات التكنولوجيا الراهنة.
