الملخص
لا يخفى على احد أهمية الاكتشافات العلمية في تطوير الحياة الإنسانية بجميع مجالاتها، وذلك سواء تعلق الأمر بالجانب التكنولوجي ومع عرفه من تطور نتيجة للانتشار الانترنت، أو بجانب التكنولوجيا الحيوية عن طريق ما توفر المعطيات الجينية من معلومات تفيد في وقاية البشرية من مختلف الأمراض التي قد تفتك بها، وكذا حماية المجتمعات من الإجرام بما تقدمه من خدمات لقطاع العدالة وميدان التحقيقات الجنائية.ومع ذلك قد تستغل المعطيات الجينية التي يتم الكشف عنها لأغراض أخرى غير مشروعة بعد الحصول عليها وهو ما نهدف من خلال هذا المقال إلى توضيحه.
