المدرسة أخلاق وعلم وعمل: المدرسة التونسية بين الراهن المأمول والواقع المعيش

الملخص
يسائل العنوان إشكالية جدّ مثيرة للجدل، وهي وضعية مؤسسة تربوية وتعليمية تحمل شعارات تستوفي قيمتها في الأصل وهي قيمة الاخلاق والعلم والعمل، شعار واحد لجميع المدارس الابتدائية والثانوية. إلا ان الواقع يكشف عن ظواهر انومية عكس حقيقة الشعار، حيث يطغى على المشهد التربوي ظواهر تزيد من تحديات المدرسة التونسية وهي كل من الفشل الدراسي والعنف المتنامي بأنواعه والادمان والتراجع في المكاسب المعرفية واللغوية والالتزامات الأخلاقية، ويعزى هذا التناقض لعدة عوامل منها العامل الداخلي المتعلق بالمؤسسة التربوية ومنها ما أفرزته العولمة من سياسات تربوية مسقطة ومن ظواهر اجتماعية أثّرت في المدرسة العمومية. The title is very problematic and controversial, namely the status of an educational institution with slogans that meet its original value, the value of morality, science and work, is one slogan for all primary and secondary schools. However, the reality reveals the phenomena of anadocy contrary to the reality of the slogan, where the educational scene is dominated by phenomena that increase the challenges of the Tunisian school, namely, the educational failure and the growing violence of its kind and addiction and the decline in cognitive and linguistic gains and ethical obligations, and this contradiction is attributed to several factors, including the internal factor related to the educational institution, including the resulting educational policies and social phenomena that have affected the public school.
