الملخص
ملخص: تناولنا في هذه الدراسة موضوع: الروابط الاجتماعية وعلاقات الجيرة في الأحياء السكنية الجديدة، مبرزين التغيرات التي طرأت على المجتمع الجزائري ، على غرار التغير الاجتماعي والبيئي الذي تجلى في تطور أشكال ووظائف الأسر وتغير موارد الأرض، بالإضافة إلى التغيرات السكانية من حيث النمو والتركيب بالإضافة إلى طبيعة الروابط الاجتماعية وكذا العوامل المؤثرة في حركة السكان، مع التركيز على قيم الجوار وأخلاقياته وظهور المناطق السكنية الجديدة، وباعتمادنا على المنهج الكمي التحليلي تمكنا من إبراز دور الهياكل والمرافق الاجتماعية في تدعيم علاقات الجوار، حيث تناولنا تأثير التجهيزات والمرافق العامة على العلاقات الاجتماعية واتبعناها بعرض بعض النماذج وكيفية تأثيرها كالمقاهي، المساجد، والحمامات، وهو ما قاد دراستنا إلى الكشف عن أن للتجهيزات والمرافق العمومية دور في تراجع علاقات الجوار، كما توصلنا إلى إبراز الأسباب الفعلية التي تقف وراء تلاشي الروابط الاجتماعية بالأحياء السكنية الجديدة، وبالتحديد تلك التي تضم سكان غير متجانسين وهو ما يخلق بداخلها صراعات ونزاعات تؤدّي إلى الانقسام وسطحية العلاقات بين السكان وتدني علاقات الجيرة. Abstract: In this study, we addressed the topic: Social ties and neighborly relations in new residential neighborhoods, highlighting the changes that occurred in Algerian society, similar to the social and environmental change that was manifested in the development of forms and functions of families and the change of land resources, in addition to population changes in Algeria in terms of growth and composition in addition To the nature of social ties as well as factors affecting the movement of the population, with a focus on neighborhood values and ethics and the emergence of new residential areas, and by our reliance on a quantitative and analytical approach we were able to highlight the role of social structures and facilities in strengthening air relations See¸ We discussed the effect of public facilities and facilities on social relations and followed them by presenting some models and how they affect such as cafes, mosques, and bathrooms, which led our study to reveal that public facilities and facilities have a role in the decline in neighborhood relations, and we have also come to highlight the actual reasons behind the vanishing of social ties to neighborhoods New housing, particularly those that contain a heterogeneous population, which creates conflicts and conflicts within it that lead to division and superficial relations between the population and low neighborly relations.
