الملخص
ملخص البحث يهدف البحث إلى محاولة فهم حديث عائشة ~ في غسل المني وفركه، بمعالجة طرقه للوقوف على الصواب فيه من جهة الرواية: هل المحفوظ فيه الغسل أو الفرك أو كلاهما؟ وما وجهه من الناحية الفقهية؟ وتبين أن الغسل أو الفرك كلاهما ثابت، لكن الفرك إنما ثبت على وجه ليس هو الحكم الفقهي في إزالة المني، وإنما ذكر الرواة سببه، وهو إنكار عائشة ~ على من بالغ في غسل الثوب كله، وقد كان يكفيه أن يغسل مكان المني منه إذا رآه، أو يرشه إذا لم يره. Research Summary The research discusses about the Hadith of Aishah (May Allah be pleased with her) regarding washing or rubbing off sperm if it is found on a cloth by looking at different ways the Hadith is narrated to duduct the correct verdict. This will be discussed based on: The action of the Prophet memorized and documented regarding this matter wether it is washing or rubbing sperm off his clothes? How is the matter viewed from the Islamic jurisprudence perspective? Study outcome : Both actions are authenticated wether washing the sperm or rubbing off the clothes. Rubbing off sperm was mentioned not as a verdict for the compulsion of getting rid of sperm from clothes by the Hadith narrators but they just mentioned the reason for rubbing it off. This can be understood from Aisha's RAA criticism to those who exaggerate in washing off sperm from clothes. She said: "it was enough to wash off the sperm if it is seen and it is enough to just spray water on the suspected area if a person isn't sure about the area affected."
