معالم الاجتهاد عند عائشة رضي الله عنها

الملخص
إنّ أم المؤمنين عائشة رضي الله عنها شخصية اجتهادية بامتياز، نشأت في ظلال المدرسة النبوية، فكان لأثر الصحبة وطول القربة من النبي ﷺ دور عظيم في تكوين شخصيتها الاجتهادية، تهيأ لها من الظروف ما لم يتهيأ لغيرها، وتيسّرت لها الأسباب، فجمعت بين الرواية وعلم الكتاب، وملكت الفهم الدقيق، والفقه العميق، فهذّبت ونقّحت ورجّحت. كل هذه المناقب الساطعة والمحاسن اللامعة خوّلت لها القدرة على الاستنباط والاستدلال، حتى برزت كشخصية اجتهادية فذّة، نافست كبار الأئمة من الصحابة، فاستدركت عليهم، وراجعتهم في رواياتهم، وآرائهم. Aisha, May Allah be pleased with her is the ultimate Mujtahidah. She grew up in the fold of the prophetic school, and thus her striving juristic personality was chiselled by her long companionship to the prophet (PBUH). Circumstances have especially come together for her. She combined narration and profound knowledge of the holy book. She acquired precise assimilation and in depth jurisprudence understanding. Consequently, she refined, expurgated and gave preponderance to opinions over others. These astounding virtues and attributes granted her the aptitude of deduction and inference, empowering her to emerge as a distinctive Mujtahidah who competed with the greatest scholars among the Sahabah. Subsequently, she reviewed them and amended their opinions and narrations.
