العولمة والجريمة ، أية علاقة؟ الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية نموذجا

الملخص
شهدت الجريمة تحولات نوعية منذ العقود الأخيرة من القرن الماضي من حيث أنماطها وتقنياتها وكذا الخصائص النفسو اجتماعية ومؤهلات مرتكبيها ونوعية ضحاياها من أشخاص طبيعيين ومعنويين وبيئة. وتزامنت هذه التحولات مع ظهور العولمة ونمو مظاهرها التكنولوجية والاقتصادية والثقافية والاجتماعية. مما يطرح التساؤل عن حدود العلاقة بين العولمة والجريمة وخاصة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية باعتبارها تتجاوز الحدود لتجعل الفضاء العالمي مصرحا لارتكابها.ومن هذا المنطلق يهدف عملنا إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين العولمة والجريمة وتبيان كيف استفادت الجريمة من منجزات العولمة وما هي التحديات التي تطرحها الجريمة عبر الوطنية في إطار العولمة. Abstract: Crime has known qualitative transformations since the last decades of the last century in terms of its patterns and techniques, as well as psychosocial characteristics, the qualifications of its perpetrators, the quality of its victims, including natural and moral persons, and the environment, these transformations coincided with the emergence of globalization and the growth of its technological, economic, cultural and social manifestations. This raises the question about the limits of the relationship between globalization and crime, especially transnational organized crime. From this standpoint our work aims to reveal the relationship between globalization and crime and to show how crime has benefited from the achievements of globalization and what are the challenges posed by transnational crime In the context of globalization.
