الملخص
تتسم المنطقة المغاربية بانخفاض درجة الاندماج التجاري والمالي مقارنة بنظيراتها من التكتلات الاقتصادية الأخرى. تهدف هذه الورقة إلى تحليل مقومات التكامل بين بلدان المغرب العربي كمدخل لتوسيع نطاق التجارة المغاربية البينية والعالمية. ومن خلال استخدام المنهج الوصفي تم التوصل إلى أن تفعيل التكامل الاقتصادي المغاربي يمثل الآلية المناسبة لتعزيز التجارة الخارجية، وأنه من أجل ذلك يتعين اتخاذ جملة من التدابير أبرزها تنسيق السياسات الاقتصادية والتشريعات وإقامة المؤسسات المشتركة The Arab Maghreb area is characterized by a low degree of trade and financial integration compared to similar economic groupings. This article attempts to analyze the integration potential of the Arab Maghreb countries as a starting point for expanding the scope of intra-Maghreb trade and with the rest of the world. Through a descriptive approach, this article concludes that the activation of the Maghreb economic integration represents the appropriate tool for the strengthening of foreign trade, and that to this effect , it is necessary to take a certain number of measures, the most important of which are: the coordination of economic policies, the harmonization of regulations and the revitalization of common institutional bodies.
