الملخص
تهدف الدراسة الراهنة إلى التعرف على واقع عمل نقابة عمال ثلاث مؤسسات عمومية(مؤسسة الاسمنت ، الجير والجبس،الحبوب) ب سعيدة بهدف الوقوف على مدى نجاحها في أداء دورها من حيث حماية مصالح و حقوق العمال ، وتقديم الخدمات الضرورية لهم من الجوانب الاقتصادية و الصحية، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على تمثلات العمال لأداء التنظيم النقابي، وذلك بعد التغيرات و التحولات الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية و الثقافية التي عرفتها المؤسسة العمومية، حيث اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي وتم اختيار عينة من مجتمع الدراسة قدرت ب 340 مفردة وبعد التحقق الامبريقي والتحليل الكمي والكيفي للبيانات المستقاة من ميدان الدراسة توصلنا إلى أن التنظيم النقابي مازال بعيدا عن خلق حراك اجتماعي على المستويات الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية و المطلبية. The current study aims to get acquainted with the reality of the work of a trade union of three public institutions (Cement, Lime, Gypsum, Grain) with a happy goal in order to determine the extent of its success in fulfilling its role in terms of protecting the interests and rights of workers, and providing them with the necessary services from the economic and health aspects, In addition to identifying the representations of workers to perform trade union organization, after the economic, social and cultural changes and transformations that the public institution has known, where it relied on the descriptive approach and a sample of the study population was estimated at 340 individual and after the empirical verification and quantitative and qualitative analysis of data From the field of study, we concluded that the trade union organization is still far from creating social mobility at the economic, social and demand levels.
