بداغوجيا تدريس البلاغة وفق المقاربة بالكفاءات في الطور الثانوي

الملخص
الـملخص: تعدّ المقاربة بالكفاءات استراتيجية فعّالة في العملية التّعليمية التّعلمية، فرضتها التجربة الفعلية في الميدان التربوي، هذه التجربة التي غيّرت اتجاه المنظومة التربوية نحو هدف يسعى إلى التفعيل والممارسة، لتكون المدرسة طريق المتعلم نحو الحياة العملية، فكان التدريس بالكفاءات المسعى الذي يهدف إلى جعل المتعلم فاعلا ومنتجا، لذلك تنصّ بيداغوجيا تدريس المواد التّعليمية والتي من بينها البلاغة العربية في العملية التعليمية التّعلمية الحديثة على تغيير الممارسة التقليدية التي ترتكز على التعليم المبني على أصول التّلقين وغياب الممارسة الناجعة التي تقوم على منطق التعلّم، لهذا فإن بناء الدرس انطلاقا من بيداغوجيا الكفاءات يحفّز المتعلم على المشاركة الإيجابية ويدفعه إلى التفكير وصولا إلى الاكتشاف، ولهذا فإن تدريس البلاغة بأقسامها يساعد على تنمية ملكة التذوق الفني عند المتعلمين في جميع المراحل الدراسية وسنحاول في هذ البحث الإجابة عن مجموعة من التساؤلات التي تطرح حول قضية جوهرية مفادها :هل يستطيع الطالب في المرحلة الثانوية أن يستفيد من دراسة البلاغة وفق المقاربة بالكفاءات ؟ وماهي الطرائق المعتمدة في ذلك؟ Abstract: Competency based approach represents an effective strategy in the teaching/learning process. It was introduced by the actual experience in the educational sector. This experience changed the general make up of the educational system, which was orientated toward effectiveness and practice. The school would, then, be the gateway through which the learner can easily become a successful social agent in the marketplace and profession. In essence, Competency-based approach enabled learners become more effective and productive, and thus the pedagogy of teaching points out that the teaching of modules, including the Arabic rhetoric, should change the established and classical methods, which used to focus on drilling, and which did not account for an effective learning. Therefore, course design by means of Competency- based approach motivates learners to participate in classroom discussions and discover new ideas. Arabic rhetoric teaching would help learners enhance their artistic appreciation in all the educational levels. This research study seeks to address basic issues and questions: can, Competency- based approach help learners of the educational levels enhance their academic achievement? Which Competency-based approach techniques teachers implement in the classroom to teach the Arabic rhetoric in the classroom?
