الملخص
نظام التعويض عن الأضرار المادية للمركبة المترتبة على حوادث المرور تتمثل في التعويض المالي أو العيني المستحق الدفع لكل ضرر مادي بحسب التغطية التأمينية للمؤمن له، ونهدف من خلال هذا البحث التطرق للجانب القانوني والتقني خاصة البحث في أساس وطرق حساب التعويض وإجراءات تحصيله لدراسة مدى نجاعة التغطية التأمينية للأضرار المادية وفقا للمنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتوصلنا في ختام البحث أن التعويض يكون في حدود الضمانات المحددة في العقد دون تجاوز سقف التأمين. The compensation system for material damages that are resulting from traffic accidents is represented in either financial or in kind compensation payable for each material damage according to the insurance coverage of the insured,the aim within this research is to address the legal and technical aspects especially researching the basis and methods of calculating compensation and the procedures for its collection to study the extent of the effectiveness of insurance coverage for material damages according to the the descriptive and analytical approach,and we concluded that the compensation is within the limits of the guarantees specified in the contract without exceeding the insurance ceiling.
