الملخص

هدفت الدراسة الى ابراز اثر الحوافز على اداء الاستاذ خصوصا ما تعلق منها بالجوانب المادية والتي تلعب دورا اساسيا في عملية التحفيز وتنعكس بالسلب والايجاب في حالة زيادتها كما في حال نقصانها ..... وبالنظر لطبيعة الموضوع فقد تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي وقد كان من اهم النتائج المتوصل اليها ان الحوافز بشقيها المعنوي والمادي تلعب دورا محوريا في تحقيق الاهداف التعليمية والمجتمعية . على اعتبار ان محور تحقيق هذه الاخيرة متوقف على الاستاذ . The study aimed to highlight the effect of incentives on the performance of the professor, especially those related to the material aspects, which play a fundamental role in the motivation process and are reflected positively and negatively in the case of its increase as in the case of its decrease ..... Given the nature of the topic, the descriptive approach was adopted and it was one of the most important results It was concluded that incentives, both moral and material, play a pivotal role in achieving educational and societal goals. Given that the focus of the investigation of the latter depends on the professor.
