الملخص
ان المتصفح للجانب القانوني للبيئة يرى أن المشرع الجزائري أقر للهيئات الناشطة في ذلك، تقنيات قانونية تستعملها لتنظيم البيئة، ففي الوهلة الأولى لها جانب وقائي يتمثل في استعمالها لمجموعة من الوسائل حتى لا يقع اخطار عليها، وفي حالة تعرضها للأضرار تطبق الجانب الردعي. تبرز أهمية دراسة هاته الوسائل الى ابراز أن للحقل البيئي ايطار قانوني يحميه، منبثق في وجهين، وجه حمائي وآخر ردعي.والخاصية التي تميز ذلك ضرورة التناسق بينهما حتى يلقى الجانب البيئي الاحترام وتفادي الاضرار به. The one who reviews the legal aspect of the environment believes that the Algerian legislator has approved legal techniques that are used by the bodies active in this, to regulate the environment. At the first glance, they have a preventive aspect, which is their use of a set of means so as not to be notified, and in the event that they are damaged, the deterrent side applies. The importance of studying these methods is to highlight that the environmental field has a legal framework that protects it, emerging in two ways, a protective one and a deterrent one, and the characteristic that distinguishes this is the necessity of coordination between them in order for the environmental aspect to be respected and to avoid harm to it.
