الدور البيئي والتنموي لهيئة الأمم المتحدة

الملخص
لعبت الأمم المتحدة دورا كبيرا في حماية البيئة، وتجسد ذلك في ظهور القانون الدولي للبيئة والذي كان نتاج ابرام الإتفاقيات الدولية التي تهدف الى محاربة الأخطار التي تهددها، وكذا المؤتمرات الدولية التي أنعقدت في هذا الاطار ، ولهاته الأخيرة والمنظمات المنخصصة دورا هاما في وضع استراتيجية لنهوض بالتنمية المستدامة، وأبرزت العلاقة بينها وبين البيئة. نهدف من وراء بحثنا الى ابراز الدور الحمائي والتنموي للأمم المتحدة، من خلال تحقيقها لبيئة سليمة تصل الى تجسيد برنامج التنمية. يعد مؤتمر استكولهم نواة الأساسية التي تستلهم منها مختلف مصادر البيئة قيمتها القانونية، وبفضله تطور القانون الدولي للبيئة. -فلا يمكن جني نتائج التنمية المستدامة بدون توفير بيئة سليمة. The United Nations played a great role in protecting the environment, and this was embodied in the emergence of international environmental law, which was the result of the conclusion of international agreements aimed at the threats to it, as well as international conferences held in this framework, and its recent talents and specialized organizations have an important role indeveloping a strategy to advance development.Sustainable, and highlighted the relationship between them and the environment. We aim, behind our research, to highlight the protective and developmental role of the United Nations, through its achievement of a healthy environment that reaches the realization of the development program. In the end, we reached a conclusion, the most prominent of the following results The Stockholm Conference is the core of the core, from which the various sources of the environment derive their legal value, and thanks to it, the development of international environmental law. It is not possible to reap the results of sustainable development without providing a healthy environment.
