إسهامات ما بعد الكولونيالية في نقد العلاقات الدولية الغربية

الملخص
بعد مرور ستة عقود من الإستقلال السياسي لكل الدول، تقريبا، التي خضعت للإستعمار الغربي (الأوربي)، لا تزال العلاقات بين الدول في شقيها الممارساتي والتنظيري تَشِي بالكثير من مظاهر وممارسات الفترة الإستعمارية، ليس أَقلَّها النظرةُ الفوقيةُ (ثقافيا وحضاريا)، والهيمنةُ والإستغلالُ (سياسيا واقتصاديا)، من طرف القوى والدول الكبرى في النظام الدولي لبقية دول العالم. تبحث هذه الدراسة في الإنتقادات والفهوم التي تزودنا بها ما بعد الكولونيالية في نقد وتفكيك ما تعتبره "استمراريةً استعماريةً" في واقع العلاقات الدولية، وكيف أنه تم بناء هذا الواقع وتأثيثه هيكليا ومؤسساتيا في غياب الدول المستعمرَة من جهة، ومن جهة ثانية كيف يتم توظيف واستغلال نظريات العلاقات الدولية في شرعنة وتبرير هذا الواقع الدولي، وفي كيفية إعادة إنتاجه بأشكال تحافظ على الهيمنة الغربية عليه. After six decades of political independence for countries that were subject to Western (European) colonialism, relations between states in their practical and theoretical aspects still bear many manifestations and practices of the colonial period, such as the knot of cultural and civilizational superiority, and the political and economic control of the great powers in the international system over the rest. This study examines the criticisms and concepts presented by post-colonialism in criticizing and deconstructing what it considers "colonial continuity" in the reality of international relations, and how this reality was structured and institutionalized in the absence of colonial states on the one hand. On the other, how are use the theories of international relations to legitimize this international reality, justify it, and how to reproduce it in a way that maintains Western hegemony over it.
