الاستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة كألية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر

الملخص
موضوع الطاقات المتجددة يمثل أحد أهم المصادر الرئيسية للطاقة العالمية كبديل عن الطاقة الأحفورية كونها محافظة على البيئة يعني تحقيقها للتنمية المستدامة، وفي هذه الدراسة نحاول البحث عن واقع الاستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة من أجل تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر. هذا ما يمكن الجزائر في المستقبل من اقتحام الطاقة المستدامة بقوة، وعليه يبقى التحدي الكبير في ظل هذه التغيرات هو كيفية إدارة عائدات الطاقة غير المتجددة الناضبة والملوثة للبيئة، وترشيد استهلاك الطاقة البديلة ضمن أولوياتها وتفعيل دور الطاقات المتجددة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. إن هذه الرؤية الطموحة لا تتعارض مع واقع إمكانيات الجزائر، ولكن تعترضها الإرادة السياسية غير الجادة في تثمين استغلال الطاقات المتجددة بوتيرة متسارعة وبدفعات قوية ورائدة في هذا المجال، لأن هذا التوجه يعد ضرورة ملحة وبديلا متاحا وجيد لتجاوز الوضع الاقتصادي المتدني للجزائر، فهو الحل في الوقت الراهن ليس فقط لضمان الأمن الطاقوي، وإنما أيضا لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة والنمو الاقتصادي والاستقرار السياسي والاجتماعي. The theme of renewable energies is one of the main sources of global energy as an alternative to fossil fuels, because it is a means of environmental conservation to achieve sustainable development. In this study, we try to research the reality of investments in renewable energy in Algeria. This is what Algeria can in the future of storming sustainable energy strongly, and the big challenge remains in light of these changes is how energy revenues from Depleted non-renewable management and environmental pollution, and the rationalization of alternative energy consumption among its priorities and the activation of the role of renewable energies in the achievement of sustainable development. This ambitious vision is not incompatible with the reality of the possibilities of Algeria, but faced with the political will is serious in the exploitation of renewable energy exploitation at an accelerated pace and a strong and leading payments in this area, because that this trend is an urgent need and alternatives available and well to overcome the weaker economic situation of Algeria, it is The solution is not only to ensure energy security, but also to achieve sustainable development, economic growth and political and social stability
