واقع استخدام الأساليب التدريس الحديثة بالمؤسسات التربوية الجزائرية دراسة ميدانية على اساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية بثانويات ولاية ورقلة

الملخص
الملخص: هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على طبيعة استخدام اساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية لأساليب التدريس الحديثــــــة في ضوء متغيرات الجنس ، الخبرة ، والمؤهل العلمي ، حيث تــــم اختيار عيــــنــــة عشـــوائيـــة بطريقة طبقية مكونة من ( 114 )اســتاذ (ة) بـ ثانويات ولاية ورقلة خلال (2018-2019) ولـــغرض تحقيق أهذاف الدراسة تم انتهاج المنهج الوصفي لملائمته طبيعة الدراسة من خلال تصميم استبيان لجمع البيانات ،تم تقسيمه الى ثلاثة محاور تم التحقق من دلالات صدقه وثباته، وبعد ما استوفى الباحثان ان عملية جمع وتفريغ البيانات ،عمد على تحليل ومناقشة النتـائج الفرضيات باستـخدام الأســـاليــــب الاحصائية المناسبة ،و التي أظهرت نتائجها كما يلي : - توجد درجة متوسطة في استخدام اساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية لأساليب التدريس الحديثة بالطور الثانوي , بمتوسط حسابي كلي قدره ) 2.92) - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة ( 0.05 α ≤) في درجــة استخدام أســاتـــذة التربية البدنية والرياضة لأساليب التدريس الحديثة بالطور الثانوي تبعا لمتغير الخبرة - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة ( 0.05 α ≤) في درجة استخدام أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضة لأساليب التدريس الحديثة بالطور الثانوي تبعا لـــمتغير المؤهل العلـــــمي Abstract: The study aimed to identify the nature of the use of modern physical and mathematics teachers for modern teaching methods in the light of gender variables, experience, and educational qualification, where a random sample was chosen in a class manner consisting of (114) professors (in) secondary schools in the governorate of Ouargla during (2018-2019) For the purpose of achieving the goals of the study, the descriptive approach was adopted to suit the nature of the study by designing a questionnaire to collect data, it was divided into three axes, validation and validity indications were verified, and after the researchers fulfilled that the process of collecting and unloading data, deliberately analyzed and discussed the results of the hypotheses Bast Khaddam appropriate statistical methods, which showed the results as follows: - There is an average degree in the use of physical and mathematics teachers for modern teaching methods at the secondary level, with a total average score of (2.92). - There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 α ≤) in the degree of physical education and sports professors' use of modern teaching methods in the secondary stage according to the variable of experience - There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 α ≤) in the degree of physical education and sports teachers' use of modern teaching methods at the secondary level according to the variable of educational qualification
